Will guests be on camera?
Recording rules, including how guests and private areas are kept out of footage, are set with micro1 during review, before anyone records.
Do staff have to agree?
Yes. Only staff who are comfortable taking part should record. Talk to your team before you apply.
Is payment guaranteed?
No. Every hotel is reviewed and the final amount depends on the program. $8,000 to $10,000+ USD is the published range.
We have several hotels. Can each one apply?
Possibly. Ask on your review call. Groups with documented processes may also fit a larger program.
